Keflavík International Airport (Meet & Greet)
We will pick you up at KEF International Airport when your flight has arrived and you have collected your luggage. We will be meet you in the arrival hall with the FairCar logo on a white board.
This service is available when flights are arriving. Out of operation hours fee of 50 EUR is charge between 6 PM and 4 AM for each pickup/drop-off.

Keflavík Office
Pickup your rental vehicle at our Keflavík Office, located at Hólmbergsbraut 1, or reqest a free pickup in Keflavík Area. On request we will pick you up were you are staying in the Keflavík Area and take you to our office were we will deliver you the car.
Our Keflavík Office is open from 9:00 (9 AM) to 16:00 (4 PM).

Greater Reykjavík Area
We will pick you up were you are staying in the Greater Reykjavík Area (Guesthouse, Hotel or other). We will take you to our Reykjavík Office, located at Langholtsvegur 111, were we will deliver you the car.
Our Greater Reykjavík Area Pickup service is available from 9:00 (9 AM) to 22:00 (10 PM).

Dropoff location

Keflavík International Airport (KEF)
Drop off your rental vehicle at our Keflavík Office. From there we will transfer you to the departure hall.
This service is available always when flights are departing from Keflavík International Airport, two hours before first/last flight. Out of operation hours fee of 50 EUR is charge between 6 PM and 4 AM for each pickup/drop-off.

Dropoff your rental vehicle at our Keflavík Office, located at Hólmbergsbraut 1. From our office we offer you free shuttle back to your accommodation or wherever you are going in Keflavík Area (Guesthouse, Hotel or other).

Greater Reykjavík Area
Dropoff your rental vehicle at our Reykjavík Office, located at Langholtsvegur 111. From there we will transfer you straight away to your accommodation or wherever you are going in Greater Reykjavík Area.
Our Greater Reykjavík Area Dropoff service is available from 9:00 (9AM) to 22:00 (10PM).

When renting one of our vehicles you are covered by a mandatory Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL) stipulated by Icelandic law consisting of: 1. Statutory liability insurance of vehicle. 2. TPL - Included

Included in the rental amount. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) reduces the Lessees financial responsibility to a part, in case of damage to the vehicle. The financial responsibility is limited to the deductible amount. The maximum deductible amount for CDW is 2.900 EUR for all vehicle groups. CDW - Included

Theft Waiver (TW) reduces the Lessees financial responsibility for loss or theft of the vehicle to the deductible amount. The maximum deductible amount for TW is 2.900 EUR for all vehicle groups.

TW - Included

Gravel Protection (GP) - 9 EUR per day. Gravel Protection (GP) fully covers damage to windshield and windows, lights and minor damage to paintwork of the rented vehicle due to gravel or rocks thrown from other vehicles when passing them. Driver’s liability is taken to zero when this occurs.

Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) - 19 EUR per day Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) reduces the Lessees financial responsibility to a part of the vehicle, in case of damage to the vehicle, to the deductible amount. The maximum deductible amount for SCDW is 700 EUR for all vehicle groups.

Sand and Ash Protection (SAP) - 9 EUR per day Sand and Ash Protection (SAP) reduces the lessees financial responsibility for damages cost by erosion or ash, which can damage the paint on cars permanently, to the excess/deductible amount.
